After losing in the playoffs this past season I said "I have decided to play 2.5 this Summer simply because it is Summer and I don't want to move up in the heat."

This is the wrong thing to do. I only lost to one opponent during the last season of 2.5 and it was a close game. There is no reason to keep playing at a lower level when I have the oppotunity to move up. Moving up will only improve my game. Even if I go 0-7 I will be playing people that I know are going to be better than me.

This week I have been playing D and he is a 4.5 player. I win games against him. I force several Duece points and make him hit good shots. There is no reason I should not move...

Damn the heat and damn those 3.0 players. I am going to play 3.0 and I am going to make it to the playoffs.
